![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 4Rs rule- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Repurpose is the most important rule that every human has to take into consideration and habit. I have been into this rule from the time I have acknowledged about this rule. Having said that, I have lately utilized bottle jar of 5litres capacity that had been left unused due to some defects on it. It's good to see a good thing in defect as well, isn't it? I found a shelter to seeds on that bottle jar. I used compost manure from biogas plant of my home and sowed few seeds of fenugreek. It's very great to see these fenugreek growing into seedlings and ultimately into a green complete plant. I have already started using it in my some dishes like "Bara". Bara is a Nepali dishes made up of pulses mainly, and other ingredients as per your interest. Here, I followed 4Rs rule by reducing the use of plastics. The bottle jar I have used was of oil. Instead of buying, 5palstics of 1litre oil in each or 10 plastics of half litres in each, I reduced these all plastics by buying a 5 litres bottle jar of oil. After utilization of oil, I reused bottle for storage of grains. However, after a long time, bottle had some defects. So I thought of recycling and modified it into shelter of plants. Then I repurposed it for growing fenugreek, which has already started showing its effects. It's my story on 4Rs rule. What about yours? So, let's share our 4Rs story! |
