Word agriculture is derived from Latin word Agar which mean Land or field and culture which means cultivation.It is the science and act of producing crops and livestock for economic purpose.Norman Ernest Borlaug is considered as father of modern agriculture and the father of green revolution.Agriculture is started from vary ancient time by our ancestor since it is the way to food.Agriculture is dispensable part of living creature.The food we eat ,the clothes we wear are all directly or indirectly related to Agriculture.

World agriculture day is celebrated each year on June 11.Being an agriculture student,for me agriculture is backbone of any nation .Agriculture is one of the major sector that plays important role in country economy.Farmer are the one who rule the agriculture.Agriculture and farmer cannot be separated from each other. Farmer are those who can make a seed to food and agriculture is the field that enables farmer to do it.So,its our duty to respect farmer and their job .If farmer are happy ,you can be happy and make own self healthy and fit.
