We are in the state of global emergency. It the time for us to prevent ourselves from the disease as well as make the best utilization of the time in whatever way possible. I am sharing you the next part of my presentations during the webinar on the role of youths during this Covid19.

•      This is the time for all young changemakers to step forward and to make themselves heard. 

•     It is important to keep in mind that with a system failure, it becomes evermore clear that we need a system change.

•     If we reduce our impact on nature, she will return the favor with fresh air, clean water and bounteous ecosystem services.

•     It is a perfect time to make people realize on a global level that flattening the curve of climate change and environmental destruction.

We must work together if we are to solve the world’s greatest challenges. By teaching and learning from future generations about environmental problems, everyone can make great strides to beat pollution and chart a course for a sustainable future.

•     Watch Environment related movies, document entries, series, read books

•     Build kitchen garden, flower garden at your house

•     Keep yourself clean and environment around you clean

•     Go digital, try eco activities online and at home

What Next?

“When we get past this crisis, which we will, we will face a choice,” says United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres.

•     postCOVID-19 world will not be the same one we knew before, but it can be a better one.

•     Now more than ever, the world needs a ray of hope.

•     And we will need to rebuild by working with nature, not against it.

•     To help prevent further outbreaks of zoonotic viruses like COVID-19, the illegal wildlife trade and the destruction of habitats must stop.

What can Youths do for environment?

•     Changing their life style, affects the environment

•     Making their home, college, youth organization environmental friendly

•     Promote and support youth in activities regarding sustainable development

•     Switch to Green, Plant Trees, Reduce Reuse and Recycle, Waste Management

•     Clean and Green environment
