Hey guys today I have made a piece of writing regarding to Earth Day.  It was inspired from a poem called “Patria” by Emile Souvestre.  So here it is:

Earth

Have you ever taken your time  to think about what does the phrase EARTH DAY mean?

Well, EARTH DAY means to commemorate and to thank what surrounds you; what brought and, fed you; what you have had, have and, will have. That’s EARTH DAY!

EARTH DAY is the time to recall those amazing memories: the stunning countryside, the houses and huts you dwelt and, the bliss and brief from friends and relatives who you live with. That’s EARTH DAY!

To be grateful for being alive and being part of Universe. That’s EARTH DAY!

EARTH means, the natural cycles and laws which guard you; the water you drink and, the ground  you step and stand in. Also, the words that come out every time you talk to. That’s the EARTH

The time when you dropped out school and hanged out with your friends, days you will never forget. That’s the EARTH!

When you smile and, when you are sad, mad or nervous. That’s the EARTH!

When you go to sleep and wake up lively the next morning. That’s the EARTH!

When you take a shower and feel how the water relax you and, feel that is Life. That’s the EARTH!

When you first were in love and, disappointed.  That’s the EARTH!

The day, your first child was born and you saw their beautiful, innocent face. That’s the EARTH!

The  small room , where you saw you mother for the last time, the ground where she lies in and, the faith you breath to see her one more time in heaven. That’s the EARTH!

Think, my friend, your duty and your right is to protect the EARTH. Don’t remove the chance  to your children  to enjoy  the EARTH you lived. 

Now, you are staring and breathing the EARTH everywhere but, no one knows what the future is going to be like. Just let us join and, dream for a better one.
