        Nepal is celebrating a New Year 2077 today. On the occassion of Nepali New Year, I would like to wish Tunza EcoGeneration Team, Ambassadors, Members and family a prosperous and happy year. Also wishing in our national language " नयाँ वर्ष २०७७को हार्दिक मंगलमय शुभकामना" Stay home and stay safe everyone. Nepal follows our own calendar system known as the Bikram Era or Bikram Sambat. Bikram Sambat is 56.7 years ahead of the solar Gregorian calendar and follows lunar calendar. New Year is called Nava Varsha or Naya Varsha in Nepali language and is observed as an official holiday. The day usually falls in the second week of April. Covid19 Nepal Update Nepal is in its third week of its lockdown with lockdown expected to increase much further. 5,184 sample test have been conducted in Nepal and 5,172 have been found negative. There are 12 positive cases of corona virus in Nepal until April 12. Among them one person has recovered and 11 of them are in isolation.
