(Free Report) Give a table tennis shot to Covid-19

by Asmita Gaire | 07-04-2020 18:27

World table tennis day is celebrated on 6th April every year. Table tennis, also called ping pong, originated during Victorian England where it was originally played as a parlour game. The World Table Tennis Day is celebrated by organizing activities, such as tournaments and exhibitions on the streets, clubs, bars, schools, workplaces, shopping centres, etc. But this year, due to Covid-19 every table tennis programme has been cancelled.

I have mentioned about World Table Tennis Day, because the nature of Covid-19 is also similar. The curve is well elaborated in the photos of people playing table tennis. How high the curve rises without protective measures and how protective measures aid to decrease load on health care facilites and how the condition of pandemic can be improved.

International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) has said the world to play games in your home. Since, every table can be made as a table tennis table. You can enjoy this as an indoor games with your family who are self locked in home with you. It's a good way of refreshing yourselves. It's a good way of being engaged in something healthy and mindful activities. There are some concerns from ITTF as well. They request people to stay home stating;
H: Healthy
O: optimistic
M: mindful
E: engaged.

I hope everyone is ready to give a shot to Covid-19, a nice table tennis shot from home itself. Let's block Covid-19.
Happy belated Table Tennis Day 2020.
