Mulberry and its health importance

Good evening everyone!!!

 

I hope you all are fine and staying safely at home.

 

Today I was having Mulberry and I through I should search about its health importance. About a month ago I had visited silkworm farm , from my visit I came to know that mulberry leaves are main food of silkworm.

 

Morus , a genus of flowering plant in the family Moraseae, consists of diverse species of deciduous trees commonly called mulberries, growing wild and under cultivation in many temperate region of world.We can easily see mulberries tree growing in different part of Nepal too.The health benefits of mulberries are listed below:

 

1. Digestive health:It reduces the occurrences of constipation ,bloating& cramping as it contain high about of dietary fibres.

2. It improve blood circulation as it contain high iron content.

3. It boosts our immune system as it contain Vit-C.

4. It improves our vision.

5. It is useful to treats dry and sensitive skin by infusing with coconut and olive.

6. It is good for our hair as it aids in production of melanin in our hair.

7. It has anti-ageing properties.

8. Maintain heart health.
