How far you know about permaculture?

by Horticulturist Susmita | 25-03-2020 11:13

Permaculture is a set of design principles centered on whole systems thinking, simulating, or directly utilizing the patterns and resilient features observed in natural ecosystems. It uses these principles in a growing number of fields from regenerative agriculture, rewilding, and community resilience.

The three fundamental ethics of permaculture are:
Care of the Earth: Provision for all life systems to continue and multiply.

Care of people: Provision for people to access those resources necessary for their existence

Setting limits to population and consumption: By governing our own needs, we can set resources aside to further the above principles.

Do you know?
Agroforestry; is an integrated approach of permaculture, which uses the interactive benefits from combining trees and shrubs with crops or livestock. It combines agricultural and forestry technologies to create more diverse, productive, profitable, healthy and sustainable land-use systems.

We also had a permaculture team as in photo. We worked for several years and now we are into our own field and permaculture had helped us alot.
