[thematic report] The Moroccan Peasant¡¦.

by Nour Jennane | 18-03-2020 22:48

He cultivates his own land without the use of any form of pesticides with love and care, he doesn¡¯t use a car to move and he builds his house in the most ecological way. It is the Moroccan peasant! He acts for the environment without even being conscious about it. Crazy, isn¡¯t it? He lives simply and is totally aware that it takes a little to be happy. He has an emotional attachment to his land. Just like a parent, he is afraid she¡¯ll get sick because   of drought and severe weather.

The Moroccan peasant is very careful with what comes to food and water waste. Everything is re-used since he is completely conscious of the value of this little apple since he cultivated her himself. He knows that it takes a lot of effort and endeavor. Indeed, every day, he wakes up at dawn and works all day long.

He knows that our dear nature has a lot to give but it is our duty to preserve and protect her and he is definitely RIGHT!!  We are all supposed to take actions before it is too late. Even the smallest gestures count¡¦

I questioned myself bout so many things after realizing that the Moroccan Peasant is eco-friendly.

What if to initiate change we have to completely modify our lifestyle? What if to save the earth we have to go back to the past? What if what we call innovation and development is actually what kills the planet?
