Hello everyone, the person I want to introduce id myself Bal Krishna Pandey. I hope this report inspires you.

Bal Krishna Pandey from Nepal is 22, has been putting sincere efforts in stimulating environmentally conscious attitude in young children.

Bal Krishna has performed his activity to make the better locality through various programs. He believes in “Think Globally, Act Locally”. 

 he has performed following programs successfully:

AFFORESTATION AND CLEAN UP CAMPAIGN: He started his journey as ambassador by plantation and sanitation of Beautiful Rhino lake periphery in Chitwan, Nepal. About 150 trees were planted and this makes awareness to protect natural hub and add beauty to the lake. Also, his first program as RECOM coordinator was plantation at periphery of the University.

 KNOWLEDGE SHARING PROGRAM ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE AND ENVIRONMENT Program: On the occasion of International Literacy Day 2019, he organized knowledge sharing program to school children. Animal welfare and environment sanitation program to school children helped them to broaden knowledge about it and they learned various ideas to save nature.

RABIES AWARENESS CAMPAIGN: he has organized various programs like poster art competition, free rabies vaccination to street dogs, rabies awareness programs on the occasion of Rabies week. This make awareness to remote villages and a step to eradicate rabies from the world.

SHARING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE:  On the occasion of World Animal Day 2019, he made awareness programs to school students of remote village about animal welfare. This helped to break the taboo of culture like killing and making injury to stray dogs and animals.

SHARE YOUR PHOTO FOR ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM: He invited persons from various professions and post some environment related quotes and slogan with their selfie to make awareness through social media. About 1500 people have seen this campaign in Facebook.

SHARING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE AND PLASTIC POLLUTION: On the occasion of World Animal day, he invited delegates representing various organizations of Devchuli Municipality ward no 07 and organized awareness program. This helps in extension of knowledge through various organizations.

WORLD FOOD DAY: MESSAGE OF YOUTH FROM NEPAL: He made video capturing youths voice about food waste and its solution. This helps to aware people by using platforms like YouTube, Facebook.

AWARENESS TO VILLAGE WOMEN ABOUT AIR POLLUTION WHILE HARVESTING CROPS: He made an interaction program to reduce air and land pollution during harvesting of food crops. Village women who are directly involved in Nepal were mainly participated actively.

PLASTIC POLLUTION: STUDENTS AWARENESS PROGRAM: The main goal was to aware students about plastic pollution and teach them 5R: reduce, reuse, recycle, refuse and rethink.

EFFECT OF PLASTIC POLLUTION IN WILDLIFE PRESENTATION PROGRAM: Awareness program was successfully organized with collaboration with Elephant aid international. This helps to aware people about adverse effect of plastic pollution not only to the domestic animals and human but also wild creatures..

DONATE YOUR PLASTIC WASTES CAMPAIGN: "Donate your plastic wastes" program is mainly to collect the plastic wastes from the students of Agriculture and Forestry University. The main goals of the program is to reduce single use of plastic pollution and recycle and reuse of plastics.

TRASH CHALLENGE COMPETITION:  with collaboration of Zero Debris Nepal, trash challenge competition was performed to collect trashes and for awareness too. Also I was participated in this program. This is a unique program for Nepalese youth.

AWARENESS ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE: As an active member of VET- SAW, he organized awareness program with dairy farmers about animal welfare and sanitation. This helps in improve of status of animal welfare in Nepal in basic level.

FREE ANIMAL HEALTH CAMP PROGRAM: He has organized free Animal Health camp to Madi and Thulogadhi village of Chitwan district. This helps to improve animal health for sustainable animal farming and awareness to the farmers.

FLASH MOB: To make awareness to the local people about Animal welfare and environment sanitation, he organized flash mob program at Rampur, Chitwan. Dance showing theme of the program helped to attract people as well as awareness.

Bal krishna and his volunteer team successfully conducted their project Heal the Planet, Cut the Plastic- project HPCP. He successfully generated massive awareness against Environmental Pollution, mainly plastic pollution to larger audience through Students awareness and public awareness. His team even handed Climate strike at Bharatpur, Chitwan.

Bal Krishna Pandey; Ambassador of Tunza eco generation, has organized program on December 2,2019 at Rampur Secondary School, Rampur, Chitwan.

Altogether 16 dustbins (4 large sized and 12 small sized) were distributed with the motive of "Keep environment clean”. Drawing art program had been conducted for students of Grade 1 to Grade 5. Power point presentation about "Environment health and Animal Welfare" was presented.

Before, there was not any dustbins at the schools, so students used to collect trash in the old torn sack. So, dustbin distribution program helped them to manage trash in proper way.

DONATE YOUR PLASTICS campaign is to collect plastics so that his project can get plastic wastes from the public and students of Agriculture and Forestry University. Now, they are running their project 

PLASTIC TRASH TO CASH. This project is initiated to collect plastic trash and make gift and stationery items by implanting 5R rule: reduce, reuse, recycle, refuse and rethink. He has also run the program “student’s awareness about plastic pollution” so that he could teach and aware at least 1500 school children during his term as tunza eco generation 23rd regional ambassador.

As an agriculture related student, he has plan to promote Sustainable Agriculture and animal farming in Nepal. He wants to collaborate with national and international organizations to run climate -related workshop for Nepalese people. He is passionate about Climate - Smart Agriculture and plans to promote it in effective way in local level. 

Plastic is banned in most of the parts of Nepal, but still there are used abruptly because the rules isn't effectively implemented here. He wants to pressurize government to ban the use of plastic bags by involving many youths and organizations from various parts of Nepal.

.after the successful completion of the project “ plastic trash to cash’ he will donate dustbins to two schools and two remote villages by using money raised by selling the products of plastics.

Also, he is planning to organize plastic art exhibition program by making competition between school children.
