Today's generation is busy with their works, advanced technologies , mobiles , online games, etc... They are always in hurry and even don't have time to know themselves.Consequently,we can see the rate of depression patients at the increasing rate.So, to get rid of this problem as well as to know yourself, meditation is the best option.And while talking about meditation, nature is itself the master of meditation and a pain healer; that takes you to yourself and let you know who really you are and what you want.

Nature is just a mystery full of surprises.When you feel upset just once visit the nature, rest in its palm and you are gonna experience the gentle blowing wind passing by your ears and cheeks, the melodious song composed by the chirping of the birds. Its just like an awesome feeling that will take you to paradise you always dream about and make you feel calm and patient.You will forget everything and at that moment you are gonna meet yourself hidden deep inside you , remained ignored and neglected in front of your busy schedule.

Nature is the creator and we are its awesome creation.So, if you wanna know yourself , make sure you know the nature first.Nature and humans are just like "nail and flesh", both don't have heir meaning of existence in absence of the other.

So, through all these explanation, I just wanna say you that if you want to know yourself just look at the nature: your mirror. If you wanna find yourself all good , please protect the nature and paint it green. Unless we do this, we are not gonna meet ourselves in a fine condition soon.Not for others but, for ourselves , we do have to protect the nature and sustain its greenery.

A small act of every individuals can lead to a big collaboration needed to paint our nature green and ever sustaining...
