Man-made technology has harnessed our eco-system like forests, land, oceans, river basins uncontrollably.  It has put the sustainability of our environment at risk as human beings have used it unbridled without any consideration to environment. Human beings while enjoying the technological development forgot that our resources are limited as they used more natural resources than our Earth can reproduce.

No doubt. technology is a double edged sword - has been disadvantageous as well as advantageous for our environment quality. It is harmful for our environment if it is not used in compliance with natural resources. For example, electronics or electrical items that is the basic component of technology, it create lots of waste when not disposed of properly. There a.re new cars with advanced technology in the market every now and then but with that there is an unnecessary increase in our carbon footprint.

There is a tilt towards using more wind turbines, wave machines, bio gas and solar panels and other renewable energy sources to sustain the life on earth.

The technology that brought climate change and environment problems, if used eco-friendly way, same technology can help us reduce our emissions, the amount of waste we produce and our carbon foot print and gradually help us to sustain our environment.
