     Be the change, Inspire the change and Implement the change"- It is the theme of Tunza Eco Generation for 2020. In order to meet the theme of the Eco Generation, Here today I organized " Write for Environment" programme at Laligurans Academy at Sarlahi district of Nepal where at first I gave them topic which is "Pollution and its Effect on our Environment", it was not pre informed about the programme and I organized it before the presentation session as I want to read from them at first, I want them to write for this Environment as per their understanding so that I could know how much they are concerned to this Environment, I gave 15 minutes to them for writing, Then Judges were choosed and the best seven essay are awarded at the end of the programme with the Tunza blessings that were provided to me as an Ambassador as well as recycled eco copy. Addition to this, their words and concern increased my confidence more than before to describe and to explain freely!!! I was so delight to see such a curious and good listener juniors. Similarly, after essay competition then I distribute the booklet to all the students that were provided to me as an ambassador and I explained everything about the tunza eco generation, its opportunity and how we all the people across the globe are working together for the change and they also thanked Tunza Eco Generation for the work it is doing for the Environment. After then I gave presentation on the topic Environment: our Home, Importance of Environment, Environmental Problems, mostly then I focused on Pollution and its effect where I explained them about air, water, land pollution its effect and Causes as well what can we do to solve environmental issues. They were listening me so patiently and curiously. An environmental motivation was given to them. Similarly, they were explained about what will happen if there is increase in 1 degree celsius temperature than the normal??? It was really a great experience for me too working as an Ambassador for the protection of mother Earth representing my region. Last But not the least this programme was successfully conducted and those feedback from the children inspired me more and more to work and act. They have also promised that they will reduce their carbon foot print on the Environment. I couldn't foget all those supportive hand my principal sir for providing me chance to conduct this programme successfully and inspiring them for the change. He has also promised to establish the eco park at their school. And Thank you Tunza Eco Generation again and again for changing me from Nerd to an environmental activist. And I believe together we can make a huge change. |
