The plains of rangrs basin over the last years have lowered warming ( 0.01-0.03 per year) and for Nepal Himalayas and Tibetan plateau are considerably higher ,0.04-0.09 degree celsius per year and 0.03-007 degree ccelsius per year respectively for past three years .
