Aquatic reaction to Climate Change: Move, Adapt or Die

by ALOK DHAKAL | 02-11-2019 01:54

Animals can react to climate change in: move, adapt or die, the only three ways.
Many animals are moving to higher elevations inorder to escape warming temperatures, but climate change may be happening too quickly for most species to outrun it. In any case, moving is not always a simple solution—entering new territory could mean encountering more competition for food and with unfamiliar species.
In case of aquatic animals. Most fish species can only survive in certain water temperature ranges or stream flow conditions. Climate change can threaten such aquatic ecosystems by altering these conditions including increasing stream temperature. It disrupt the habitat and recovery and protection of fish species, such as trout and salmon. Not only Human all living beings are being affected.
Lets be active, combat and save our motherland EARTH.
