Science behind electricity generated through solar panels The large black solar panels you see on homes and businesses are made of a bunch of solar cells (or photovoltaic cells) made of silicon semiconductors that absorb sunlight and create an electric current. That's the welcomed decision of the government and through this we can say that government is also on the way of implementing the SDGs goals. At the same time, fossil fuel utilities are engaging in deceptive tactics to try to forestall the inevitable and protect their billions in profits – at the expense of people all over the world trying to live healthy, safe, independent lives. Overall matter is to achieve the common goals of increasing the use of solar energy in meeting energy needs of countries in a safe, convenient, affordable, equitable and sustainable manner.
