Bangladesh is a rich country with a huge natural resources but since we are having some problems or facing few problems , I am here to raise the issues that are causing such problems . Climate change is a huge problem now in Bangladesh . I t is a pressing issue now. In the 2017 edition Bangladesh was judged to be the sixth hardest hit by climate calamities of 180 nations . We are having these problems because the people in our country are not concerned yet about the climate . Moreover, they are cutting down trees to build buildings , industries and so on .The adverse effects of climate change - especially high temperature , sea level rise, cyclones and storm surges, salinity intrusion, heavy monsoon downpours etc. has aggravated the overall Economic Development scenario of the country to a great extent . Also, I believe , all the people around us know that we have the worlds largest heritage site "Sundarban" but alas! Unesco already decided not to keep it in the list of world heritage sites anymore . so, This Is high time we should protect our lovely planet as the safe of our future generation and we can not do that alone . We need to be together in this case . We will have engage youth and children here in these issues . We need to promote this among children , they will let this know to their parents . Thus how this will flow in a chain process . Everyone will get to know about the problems we are facing and it will make them concerned for their future. To make our future sustainable , we have to let them think that It's our common issue and we have to face it efficiently as " Citizens of the global village" from now on . |
