Normally, in traditional organization make a change from top to bottom and that kind of change is unsustainable. The meaning is that decision makers only make the decision by themself and do not count the followers' opinion and feedback. 

Moreover, make sure your employees understand your organization structure and goal. This will ensure your organization to be sustainable and resistant.

For example, look at the nature system, nature is always changing and is not the consistent. Furthermore, by understanding how your natural system is working, you become more adaptive and you can mange your ecosystem systematically.

In drawing the organization plans, you should keep in mind that who are your organization becoming and how are you expanding your relationship with another organization, what future plans do you expect and how will you do to achieve that. These facts are very important in making the progress of your organization.
