The month of green has already marked on. It’s called srawan in Nepal where people celebrate with greenary in green and beautiful environment. People put “mehendi” in their hand. It’s reddish brown colouring made from leaves of a plants commonly grown in tropical and sub tropical regions. Females wear green and yellow bangles on their hand and wear green and yellow suits.

In this occasion, I wore “Tunza Eco Generation” T-shirt which is yellow in color that matches this season completely. Our university students managed to celebrate this festival as a purpose of fund raising programme for purpose. Putting mehendi in hand is an art on which very few people are expert. Taking this as an advantage, we hire certain experts convincing them to help us by putting mehendi in interested female hands and we fixed certain price for it.

In return, we achieved success more than we expected. It was our first attempt which went very successful and made us believe if we try anything good for environment, the entire concerned people would aid us for achieving it. From this event, we were capable of providing certain sum of money to the experts as well as regard of their help.
