![]() ![]() Being a technical student, what we read in our theory classes must be applied into the practical life. Not only in our life, but it must be shared among community people. In this process, students of agriculture faculty; when they first heard about compost manure they decided to make themselves in their home and after it's practical use in their life and success they will be sharing among local people so that they would also get equally benefited. Taking this into consideration, they had gained success while making compost manure in their home. They decided to share it among farmers and so they did. They provided trainings and demonstration on compost manure preparation. It was mainly focused for women since they were active on kitchen garden but man were also provided with trainings side by side. Trainings was accompanied by: 1. Introduction 2. Harms of inorganic farming. 3. Benefits of organic farming. 4. How to make compost manure? 5. Prospect of organic farming in Nepal and worldwide. These above mentioned topics were presented by two active agriculturist Mr. Sajan Karki and Mr. Khem Raj Subedi. Later on, demonstrations was done by highly experienced agriculturist Mr. Jenish Shrestha. There were lots of queries from people which was very clearly and decently answered by trainers. People decided to start preparing compost manure and promote organic farming from their home and community. People were highly enthusiastic at the beginning and happy in the end and expected many more trainings that is useful in our day to day life. |
