Feature Free Report :Taiwan Air Pollution

by Yu Hsuan Huang | 11-04-2019 06:53

With regard to the issue of air pollution in Taiwan, we can focus on what the government and civil society organizations have done on the issue of air pollution, and how Taiwan can face air pollution in the future. At the beginning, we can understand that Taiwan's air pollution prevention and control is carried out by the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan as a unit of air pollution prevention, and the main law of the Taiwan government is the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law.

This law is mainly to define what kind of circumstances will be considered as air pollution. After explaining what to do, we can make the environment in Taiwan have an opportunity to improve under the rules. Finally, if you fail to comply with the above laws, you will be led to what kind of loss. Therefore, in compliance with this law, the people have the rules of action for monitoring air pollution.

From the folk research, we can first understand a monitoring system called LASS empty product micro-monitoring. From the cited article, we can understand that LASS (Location Aware Sensor System) is a set of environmental sensor network system with open source and public service positioning. The main detection method is to make a large number of low-cost air sensing devices, and then deploy them in At different locations, sensor data is collected at intervals and time series theory is introduced to produce air pollution transition data. In this way, we can understand whether the annual air pollution changes, whether there is continuous improvement, or because of the establishment of industrial zones or the reduction of green space, and the index of air pollution rises in certain areas.

Such devices already have 2,500 air boxes throughout the world in 29 countries. As for Taiwan, there are more than 4,700 miniature sensors that provide instant air quality data. Then the scientific level is mainly carried out by this system. Then, with the support of law and technology, how do we deal with the air pollution in the future, and let the traditional industry transform? This is what will be mentioned in the following paragraphs.

We can explore what we can do in 2019, as well as the policy guidelines that are specifically designed to prevent air pollution in the student and religious fields. It can be known that there are four major projects that will be achieved in 2019: air quality analysis, renewal of air pollution discharge inventory, development formula simulation, analysis of air pollution sources and causes, and refined air quality management strategies. We will promote the control of the total amount of air pollutants and continue to handle air pollution prevention and control. Afterwards, the implementation of river dust control was implemented, with an estimated reduction of 1,100 metric tons of total suspended particulates and 320 metric tons of suspended particulates; 10 hectares of bare ground greening, and an estimated absorption of 75 metric tons of sulfur dioxide, 3.8 metric tons of nitrogen dioxide and 5 metric tons of suspended particulates. Finally, in accordance with the indoor air quality management law, we will continue to review and amend relevant regulations.

The student's topic is that the PM2.5 hour concentration value exceeds 54 ¥ìg/m3. The school immediately stops the outdoor course. As for the religious part, the industry has successively launched environmentally-friendly incense sticks that advertise the lower hazard to reduce the pollution of the incense ash.

For the maintenance of air pollution, the most important thing is not to add industrial waste gas, as well as the constant concern about the air quality around it, and finally let its surrounding environment no longer suffer from air pollution.
