Are we sure it is abnormal climate change?

by Prakriti Dhakal | 31-03-2019 23:29

ABNORMAL? How do you define it? Is it something you find out of your brain? Or couldn¡¯t figure out it what exactly it means so gave the proverb of ¡°Abnormal¡± not fitting to the natural environment. Well we often get this tag line when the situation or behavior is not digestible to the people around which is something serious when comes to the ¡°abnormal climate change¡± I am not talking about the different mood swing of humans but actually of climate.

Do you accept, the climate is going to change, no matter what we do, and it's our job to adapt or perish? It's really as simple as that? The great volcanoes erupting, spewing millions more times the pollutants man can emit can't change the climate for long!  How about the alarmists¡¯ hilarious proclamation ¡°The Earth is 4.5 million years old yet the date are true in a sense, humans have been on Earth for a fragment of it. Modern humans, we are, the ones who are so impaired and fatigue that we have all the time in the world to ponder witless things like man-made global warming, have been here for a century or so. That's a tiny of a tiny of time; a spit in the ocean.

Here I would like to define the changes like Stronger Storms and Hurricanes,
increased risk of drought, fire, and floods
; rising seas, higher sea levels and many other obstacles is uncomfortable climate change for us human not an abnormal climate change. Here comes the definition with our huge responsibility for our self, Scientists point to higher ocean temperatures as the main culprit, since hurricanes and tropical storms get their energy from warm water. As sea surface temperatures rise, developing storms will contain more energy.
At the same time, other factors such as rising sea levels, disappearing wetlands, and increased coastal development threaten to intensify the damage caused by hurricanes and tropical storms.  It is intensifying the circulation of water on, above and below the surface of the Earth — causing drought and floods to be more frequent, severe and widespread. Higher temperatures increase the amount of moisture that evaporates from land and water, leading to drought in many areas. Lands affected by drought are more vulnerable to flooding once rain falls. As temperatures rise globally, droughts will become more frequent and more severe, with potentially devastating consequences for agriculture, water supply and human health. This phenomenon has already been observed in some parts of Asia and Africa, where droughts have become longer and more intense.

Can we now continue some of the amazing projects that people are doing to save the human¡¯s abnormal climate change with the very basic steps from home? I would like to get your views on the statement I mentioned above and how you have played from your side to save the environment not to declare as human¡¯s abnormal climate change.
