With emergence of social media, people keep themselves getting busy on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. According to Common Sense Media, teens spend an average of nine hours a day online (paywall), compared to about six hours for those aged eight to twelve. Any way you cut it, it’s a lot of time staring at a screen. A study from researchers at Baylor University has found college students spend an average of 8- 10 hours a day on their cell phones.

I have recently conducted an School Campaign as Regional Ambassador of Nepal and have already shared the photos and details of the program in the previous report. I am planning to continue to campaign in more schools of Lamjung District.
