My project for this new yearby Mathieu DOHOUNHEHO | 20-01-2019 22:07 |

![]() In the environmental field, approaches are often thematic and carried out in isolated silos. However, the field of Biodiversity is very vast and must therefore be approached in a transversal way, integrated into the daily life of the citizen. This approach can and should be implemented from an early age in order to achieve early acquisition of favourable behaviours. This must be global: the contribution of knowledge alone will only rarely lead to concrete action, participation in actions without the contribution of knowledge and a good practical understanding of the phenomena will only be weakly effective and often not very sustainable. My final objectives for this year are to: i) acquire favourable attitudes towards Biodiversity in a sustainable way among primary school children; ii) show the strong relationships between Biodiversity / Health / Environment in everyday life. In order to achieve this, the pedagogical approach adopted combines 3 steps: 1) "To know" with the contribution of validated fundamental knowledge on Biodiversity, integrating a focus on the development of a critical mind, fake news detection; 2) "Understand" through the practical analysis of existing validated projects (discovery of the marine world); 3) "Act" with the presentation of a simple project management methodology illustrated by feedback from projects in the field of biodiversity. In order to give full latitude to the monitoring of this project at school level and to allow a national perspective, the whole project will be available via an e-learning platform. The content, incorporating a large number of videos, will be developed by experts in the field with the active participation of students and school teachers to ensure that it is appropriate. They will be dynamically enriched with videos of other projects in the field of Biodiversity, proposed by their leaders.
