Nepal being rich in its nature and natural beauties have been suffering from environmental degradation to the impacts of climate change.

Some of the environmental policy that i would like to establish in my country are:

1. Policy regarding the waste disposal

People are found disposing the waste where ever they like causing a hump of waste being collected the public places polluting the environment. So, there should be a policy for the proper management of the waste reduced.

2. Policy Regarding Deforestation

Although REDD ( Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) are there but the rate of deforestation is very high in the nation to convert forest into agriculture land and to fulfill the demand of the growing population. So, strict policy should be established regarding deforestation.

3. Sustainable use of natural resource

Natural resources are being using haphazardly due to the lack of policy, So, there is a need of strong policy for the sustainable use of the natural resources.

Although few policies like banning of plastic use to banning of old vehicles producing large some have been made, there still exist the problem due to the lack of its proper implementation.To improve the legal provision and to fill such gap following points should be taken into consideration:

• It is necessary to review all legislation to create idea about how it can be implementing effectively, unnecessary provision must be repeal, and some must be amend.
• Governmental bodies must be seriously responsible for implementation of law.
• Judiciary must interpret law properly and monitor the implementation of law.
• Environmental protection council must be active, and necessary to formulate new idea for protection of environment
• There must be provision of compulsory Public participation in environmental protection activities.
