Three Rs are very important in our life. As youth are responsible and aware of their environmental responsibilities it is very important to keep these 3Rs into their life on a continuous basis. Reduce, Reuse & recycle must be on top of our mind and actions at all times.

Keeping this in mind, I always without fail, remember to recycle all the paper, plastic etc. regularly. From time-to-time, the usable, good condition clothes are also recycled by way of putting them into donation boxes. These donation boxes are placed all over UAE & they gladly accept Clothes, Textiles, Shoes & Bags. All this material is collected, sorted and subsequently dispatched to the poor and needy all over the world. Many organisations handle these donation boxes and the ones near to my house are managed by ?Sharjah Charity International?

All the charity organisations are properly regulated by the UAE authorities. They ensure that the stuff goes to the right person who is really needy. This kind of confidence ensures the maximum public participation as many time I find the boxes full by the donated items.

There are many such items are in our house which is in good condition but is not usable. They take the space & deteriorate over time. Ultimately they are thrown in the garbage which adds to the landfills. It is a humble service to The Mother Earth to save the landfills by taking all such green actions.

Therefore, taking the above in mind I donated 1 Bag & Three packets containing the good condition, but sparingly used clothes in these bins beside handing over the usual paper, Plastic etc. for recycling to the local recycling agencies.
