The Policy I want to make : Related to Environment

Nepal is a developing country and here main problem is food, shelter and medicine. No one cares about environments pollution except few organizations and people. Pollution is really a big challenge and is havoc. Plastic pollution and its consequences is not subject of interest in my country. People randomly pollute cities, village and jungle. Sewerage is also a big problem. There is no any policy against pollution in my country. People randomly throw garbage here and there without caring anything. This is main problem of environment in my country. 

Regarding policy, it must be strict so that everyone must obey that.

Policies

1.  No can throw any garbage in any public area, jungle or in water, if somebody do so he/she will be fined with Rs10,000

2.  Wastage must be differentiated into decomposable and no decomposable and they must be collected by certain authorities

3.  There must be dustbins everywhere in the city and every citizen must throw garbage there

4.  People working for betterment of environment will be awarded
