![]() Name: M. Iphigenie Bera Nationality: Rwanda Age: 17 That's not all what compose me. The past and present are about to shape Iphigenie beneficially to environment and sustainable development the Earth awaits_ I scarve for this. I am a grade eleven student taking mathematics, Physics, and geography at Gashora Girls Academy of Science and Technology. My dream is becoming an electrical engineer. Growing up in a community having electricity was a prestige; I became a fan of electricity as I view lightened houses in our neighborhood casting shadows at our solely moonlit household if not gasoline lamps or candle. At tender age of about nine, I vowed to my soul that I would build my own Electrogaz, the former electricity provider in Rwanda of that time. I studied keeping in my mind that all what I've got to do was producing electricity without thinking about environment. Charcoal and gasoline use in my neighborhood. In my secondary school, I started thinking of targeting how we can get electricity with protecting environment, essences by geography knowledge. I could get out in the open air and view a million solutions the nature hold for us. Every time I look in open, I think of how we can generate electricity out of physical things standing idly like stones and noise; I even thought of harnessing electricity from electrostatic energy of thunder. My dream is to make a largest firm providing electricity from green sources such as thunder, that?s why I am immersing my studies in physics and geography. A lot of thanks goes to Tunza Eco-generation community which exposed me to various ideas enriching my journey to who I want to be. |
