by Dibya Bhatta | 08-08-2018 00:45

Hello and Namaskar!
Its me Dibya Bhatta from Nepal currently Iam in the 4th year of my bachelor's degree with agriculture as major at institute of Agriculture and animal Sciences Paklihawa Rupendehi Nepal.
As Iam from the small holder farming family,
I grew up working in the farm. The smell of soil amuses me.
The air around me breathes my dream of becoming a successful plant doctor with pathology as major togrow healthy food to feed the hungry population out there, help them tackle their farm diseases problem with their own indigenous technical knowledge.
Being engaged in practical based education as per per the syallbus of Pathology, microbiology,Agronomy,Soil science,Animal science, horticulture and entomology,Agri culture engineering  and other social sciences, Iam preparing myself to tackle with possible problems that I may encounter in farmer's field during my visit in coming days!
There are several hundred million that die of hunger related issues and several hundred thousands that go to bed hungry. So being part of this Nobel profession,I would like to add a brick in securing food for all.
Being engaged in Tunza as well Iam relating my field agriculture and environment with impact of climate change on them.
I have been doing awareness camps in schools to ignite young minds on Environment and climate change issues via lectures, workshops, exhibitions, and simulations.
Being part of IAAS world  (international association of students in agricultural and related sciences) and appointed  at control board currently, I have been exploring the world of agricultural and related sciences research.
I dream to be a successful plant doctor to bring about a change in society.
Green cheers 💚💚
