I am Carlos Montemayor, a Regional Ambassador from the Philippines.

Time is perhaps the most important resource that we humans have. Time seems to be infinite, and that we always have time on our hands. However, like other resources we have and use, we should learn to manage it well, and to use it responsibly.

Why am I saying all this?

I am posting this here to apologize for my absence, my "hiatus", my inactivity, and my negligence of my role as a Tunza Eco-generation Regional Ambassador. The past few months have been the busiest times of my life. School activities, extracurriculars, family events; everything just happened at the same time. Because of all those, I have not published any of my reports since April of this year. And for that, I would like to apologize to all of you: Tunza Ambassadors, young environmentalists, and all those who visit this platform. We have our own responsibilities, but as Tunza Regional Ambassadors, those are not excuses to neglect our duties while holding this position.

I wholeheartedly promise that this will be the last time that this will happen. At this time and age of modern technology, sharing of information like what we do here on Tunza is something that is extremely easy to do, and I should not waste the opportunities I have to be in this position to do so.

In the coming hours I will be posting all my overdue articles, as well as a lot more articles regarding environmental issues both in my region and in the world that I wish to share my opinions on with all of you.

Thank you, Tunza Eco-generation, for the opportunity that you have given be to be an Ambassador. I will not take you for granted anymore. From here on out, I will be committed to being an effective, influential, and responsible Ambassador.
