 Ladies and gentlemen, I am a pupil of Grade 10 residing in Dharan, a city in eastern Nepal. Seeing its topographical structure, it lies at the meeting point of Terai and hilly region in Nepal. Normally it has moderate climatic condition. But this year the climate is not normal at all. Today the temperature had risen upto 36 degree celsius which is absolutely not normal. Resultantly due to the increasing heat this year, there is very little rainfall and the water resources has dried up. The local people are facing water shortage problem. Therefore, this status of climate in my city clearly indicates global warming.
