As we know that Earth Hour is celebrated every year at the end of March to spread awareness among people and appreciate them for protection and preservation of the Earth's natural environment.
During Earth Day, the world encourages everyone to turn off all unwanted lights and try to bring sustainable impact on the environment so, I did the same and also convinced lot more people of our university to do the same. But at the same time question arises in my mind that is it enough for us to spread only awareness to bring sustainable impact or we could do more by taking some real action for more and more green and sustainable environment. Once the former President of United State Barack Obama in United Nation Climate Summit said that "we are the first generation to feel the impact of climate change and the last generation that can do something about it". Climate change is the human right issue so we want some real and impactful action to bring changes, it is enough, spreading awareness, it is enough shifting the burden of responsibility now it is the high time for us to take some real action otherwise it would be too late to make an impact on the environment. We have to think out of the box and have to unite the people from different religion or caste or community or country because we are having the same motive and following the same goal that is a sustainable impact on the environment and climate change.
