Signing Campaign on Social Peace |

Bangladesh is a country which has a great variety of nature, people, culture & values. Most of the cases we are very happy along with this diversity. But sometimes we face some conflicts arising among us specially in our community.These conflicts actually create obstacles to our way of social harmony & peace. Bangladesh Peace Federation is an organization which is working to establish peace in our society by ensuring mutual understanding & respect to individual values. Along with this BPF we, Leo Club of Dhaka Paradise Gold & Dhaka Paradise jointly organized an signing campaign on 27th March at AIR International School & College Premises. On that day, we walked & talked to people on peace philosophies where people promised to us that they will contribute to non-communal peace establishment. Leo leaders including district president, RD, ZD, Program Chairman, teachers & social representatives were present in this occasion.

I remember beautiful quote by Martin Luther which says:
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”
The power of love needs to dominate and overrule the love of power to have peace all around.

Actually, peace is closely linked to the protection of the nature if we think of enormous pollutant discharged into the are and water, mass destruction as the result of conflicts.
