Preservation of Biodiversity of Uzbekistan

    On January 10, 2014, the State Committee for Nature Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Geological Resources Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ugam-Chotkol National Park organized a press conference on "National Parks and Reserves of the Country".

    The aim of the press conference was to protect the issues of national parks and reserves, their work, as well as the activities to be undertaken in these areas, and to develop recommendations and the broad public.

   Currently, Uzbekistan has 8 state reserves, 2 national parks, one eco-center, one biosphere reserve, 10 public utilities, and 5 natural preserve zones as protected natural areas. In these areas, national and international "Red Book" is included in the list of possible species of plant and animal species that are likely to disappear.

   In this system, the state nature reserves are the main. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Reserve Regions are under strict protection and monitoring throughout the year on wildlife conservation. The main purpose of the reserve is to preserve the valuable natural objects, landscapes, unique and precious herbs and animal heritage. Today, the nature reserve specialists are urged to carry out wide propagandistic activities related to understanding the importance of protected wildlife, and the role of protected natural areas in the life of the Earth.

   Several countries contribute to the development of national parks in the field of biodiversity conservation.

    The Biosphere Reserve is part of the Protected Area, which serves as a Reservoir and Reservoir. It incorporates biodiversity and biodiversity conservation in its activities as well as sustainable use of biological resources for the benefit of citizens and businesses.

 

    Biosphere Reserves not only allow the population of the region to live in harmony with nature but also serve the needs of the community. This approach is reflected in the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

   At the press conference, the representatives of the State Committee for Nature Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a press conference on Protected Natural Territories of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, National Wildlife Parks and Hunting a representative of the Surkhansky State Nature Reserve in Surkhandarya State Nature Reserve on "Surkhon State Reserve." About the State Geological Reserve of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the representative of the Ugam-Chatkal Watershed National Park under the Tashkent Province Khokimiyat have been informed about the Ugam-Chatkal State National Nature Park,

    At the same time, a number of international projects are being implemented in Uzbekistan in the field of conservation of biodiversity and development of protected natural areas. These projects include: "Ensuring the sustainability of the national protected natural areas", "Introduction of the Biodiversity Conservation Petroleum in Uzbekistan", "Biodiversity Conservation in Uzbekistan 2011-2020" national biodiversity planning to support the implementation of the Convention's Strategic Plan "and others.

    A presentation of the book-album "The Survivors of the Wildlife Conservation of Uzbekistan" was held on the initiative of the State Committee for Nature Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This fossil contains information on the flora and fauna, which are included in the Red Book of the country's reserves, are in constant protection.

   Joint activities of protected natural territories of the Republic should be joint activities of local authorities, as well as specially authorized state bodies, public organizations, due to the organization, protection, and use of protected natural territories.

    Hi, Muhammad! Thank you for introducing the many different environmental facilities of Uzbekistan. I'm very impressed that there are so many versatile facilities that serve the purpose of protecting and restoring endangered species. I hope that more countries around the world can take after this and establish more environmental facilities. :)
