by Claudia Marin | 20-06-2020 13:47 recommendations 0

In honor to marine environment, I¡¯m going to present the 7 wonders of this amazing ecosystem that you should visit someday because nature has a lot of mysterious but beautiful places to discover.

1. Belize¡¯s Barrier Reef

Maybe you heard or saw a picture of this place because it hasn¡¯t been examined at all. Instead of that, we just know about 10% of everything inside it. It¡¯s so deep that discovering is such a problem. However, this place could be adorable or incredible for you if you¡¯re a lover of suspense and mysterious things.

2. Deep Sea Vents, Ecuador

This is well-know because it has an ecosystem despite the lack of sunlight. This is a very good example of how nature can be so rare sometimes, but it¡¯s certainly a good place to visit in order to understand our world better.

3. The Great Barrier Reef

If you want to have some vacations or get relaxed, this is the perfect place. However, it¡¯s not only that because you maybe will like the view of this place and get inside it. There are really awesome things to see there that I assure you¡¯ll love it even more.

4. Lake Baikal, Russia

This lake isn¡¯t the one you would like explore and swim in its water because it¡¯s too cold. Instead of that, you could appreciate the awesome view this has and find out its history because it¡¯s the oldest and deepest lake in the world.

5. Galapagos Islands

Perhaps you heard its name many times, and even more when knowing the history of ¡°On The Origin of Species¡±, written by Charles Darwin. This place is considered a marine wonder because it has exotic animals inside and a big amount of these aren¡¯t discovered yet.

6. Northern Red Sea, Africa

If you love fishing or fishes in general, you would love going to this place because it has over 1000 different kinds of fish. There, you would get amazed of its big variety and of course, visiting this place will be a great experience to live.

7. Palau Reefs

This is the last one of this list but it¡¯s not less amazing than the others. Every place is recommended here is because it¡¯s unique in its own and the awesome part of this location is that this has a wide variety of species and plants that its colors will astonish you. Definitively, this is a place for marine lovers.

Hi Claudia Marin, this is a mentor, Sang Su Lee.

Thank you for introducing beautiful marine places to enjoy. I can see the words reef in many places that you've recommended. Coral reef is indeed a beautiful creature and it makes people feel happy to see it. However, due to global warming, coral reef is undergoing bleaching and it is very undesirable both for marine ecosystem and humans. T.T I hope people endeavor more to reduce CO2 emission to protect it.

Hello Claudia Marin this is mentor Taehyun!

I've heard of the Seven Wonders of the World, but I've never heard of the Seven Wonders of the World! And all seven are very interesting! Especially interesting is the Galapagos Archipelago. It's common knowledge that Charles Darwin was inspired to write a book called The Origin of Species while studying the Finch Birds on the island, and that's how well the diversity of ecosystems between the islands is preserved? Let's hope this pristine nature will be preserved for a long time!

    Thank you for the report!

    Green cheers!
