Hi everyone! My name is Lisa Zaretskaya. I would like to draw your attention to my report related to the topic of WASTE as renewable energy (in Taiwan). Many types of renewable energy can only be created by large corporations. It requires a lot of human and material resources. But sometimes it does not require much cost. It can be created by an ordinary person. I mean waste. Wooden trash that can be found on the beach. Especially a lot of this trash after a storm or tsunami. Recently, my family and I traveled to the Nanya coast in Taiwan. his is a very beautiful and picturesque place – many cliffs and eroded rocks. The resistance to erosion of different layers of rocks has formed a unique landscape. Besides, the Ninya Geographical Trail allows visitors to visit and take in the splendid scenery along the coast. We saw a lot of wooden debris on the shore when we traveled there. When we were there, we met Mr. Wen, who was collecting this wooden trash. He told us that all the villagers collect this garbage and use it as energy instead of gas. They use this wooden waste when they cook at home or in a restaurant, such as frying seafood, as well as for other needs. I think this is a very good example of using waste as renewable energy. Thank you for your attention.

Hello Lisa
This is a very great report with your own story. It seems that the wise decision of Mr.Wen and other people will bring two main benefits to the local society. One is that the coast from the remains of the natural disaster gets to be cleaned, and the other is that people can get the fuels for their daily lives.
This article shows a good example of using surplus resources from the nature.
Thank you for the great report.

THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR STORY. WISE USE OF WASTE INTO ENERGY IS REWARDABLE EXERCISE. BUT I THINK THESE WOODEN TRASH CAN'T BE CONSIDERED AS NON RENEWABLE SOURCE OF ENERGY, AS THEY ARE NOT ECOFRIENDLY TOO IF YOU USE IT AS FIREWORKS.
FLOW IN THE GREEN WAVE
