Environment Week-Green Seminar (DAY 1) |

Climate change is one of the biggest threats to today’s environment. The seminar conducted on 7th July 2019; Sunday was on the topic ‘Climate Change’. The seminar utilized dangerous facts about climate change to grasp the attention of the audience. The seminar also included what causes climate change and what we as youth can do in protecting our earth from climate change. In the end, the students pledged in protecting the environment various methods like following the 3rs and planting plants like areca palm which is not only the easiest plants to grow in the UAE climate but also one of the best air purifiers. This is the first programme of the environment week organized by Green Warriors a youth organization based in UAE and Tunza Eco-Generation |

It seems that the seminar held on 7th July has ended very successfully. As great focus is being pointed to youths as agents of change to mitigate climate change issues, I wish there were more events like this in other countries. Keep up the good work! : )
