The effects of air pollution can have devastating effects on your health and the environment. Air pollution occurs when harmful or excessive quantities of substances including gases, particles, and biological molecules are introduced into Earth's atmosphere. Air pollution comes from many sources: Inefficient transport, coal-fired power plants, industrial activity, waste burning and other human activities are major sources. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), climate change could potentially increase the number of deaths from air pollution by hundreds of thousands between 2030 and 2050. 65% of the deaths in Asia and 25% deaths in India are due to air pollution. 80% of lung diseases are caused due to pollution from other cars, buses, trucks and other vehicles. We can do a lot more to contribute to human happiness by following many little steps. Riding a cycle, using public transport, burning less coal are like small acts to create a healthy prosperous environment. Imagine our little acts can do so much like saving thousands of people who die due to cancer, heart attack or other air borne diseases. We can together create a safer and cleaner earth for us and our future generation with our small act. So, let your action do some act of heroism and make this world a pollution- free, healthier safer world to live in. Human activities are the main cause of Air Pollution. To support a larger population, there's a need for energy production, transportation, and industries, resulting in the emission of harmful chemicals into the atmosphere. Increasing Industrialization and Urbanization has increased in the amount of air pollution. The activities of the human causes of air pollution includes vehicles, domestic smoke and heating, aircraft pollution, outdoor fires, and incineration of waste. Some of the steps that can be taken to minimize air pollution are: 1. We can move away from fossil fuels, replacing them with alternative energies like solar, wind and geothermal to reduce air pollution. 2. Production of clean energy is important. 3. We can use eco friendly way of transmission like Bicycle. 4. Afforestation plays a major role in air pollution. Let¡¯s all plant trees. 5. Strict laws against air pollution and implementation of the laws is important As the ozone layer whittles away, the water supply dries up and the environmental bleeding continues, many people are taking a stand and going green. Lets all move towards clean and green environment. Green Cheers 😊 😊 Reference: https://www.conserve-energy-future.com/various-air-pollution-facts.php |

Hi Kushal,
Thank you for our wonderful report and it really provides us with relevant and important information about Air Pollution. In fact, air pollution does have many hazardous effect on human health including brain disease and perhaps most importantly, respiratory problems. As you have pointed out, we should definitely plant more trees to reduce the air pollution and make our earth a better planet! Great work, Kushal! :)

Hello Kushal!
Thank you for sharing this important information with fellow ambassadors. The devastating impacts of air pollution on human health and environments are never enough to emphasize. It can harm human respiratory system, cause eye infection and skin diseases. As you mentioned, now air pollution leads thousands of premature deaths. Planting trees and riding cycles instead of using cars can definitely be good and practical solutions. I??m looking forward to your next report!

Hi Partner!
I trust you are well today, you are right in saying that anthropogenic activities are leading causes of the rising air pollution seen all around the world and specifically in Asia. And since developing countries want to reach a developed state, it is only likely that the environment's sensitivity will be side looked for the growth of a nation instead.
The idea you have put forward will really go a long way in reducing the level of pollutant particles in the air and subsequently reduce the death tolls related to air pollution.
You report was very insightful and knowledge-bound and I thank you for that!
Sincerely,
Rosa
