Air pollution is the contamination of air by harmful gases such as carbon dioxide. Nowadays, most of the things used produce air pollution because they run on fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are a non-renewable resource that power cars and electronics. Fossil fuels, like coal, are used by power plants to make electricity to run appliances in homes, offices and schools. Power plants burn this coals to produce electricity, when coal is burned it releases harmful gases into the atmosphere. The transportation methods used now a days create air pollution as well. Cars burn petrol to run, and like coal when petrol burns it contaminates the atmosphere. Air pollution is causing some negative effects world-wide. This type of pollution can cause breathing problems. In some parts of the world air pollution is so bad that people have to wear protective masks. Air pollution must be controlled by conserving electricity, using public transportation or planting trees to clean the atmosphere. Air pollution is one of the most severe issue that our mother earth is facing as it threatens the health of humans, animals and plants. It is a physical, chemical or biological alteration of the atmosphere, be it indoors or outdoors. This pollution occurs when harmful gases, smoke or dust enter the atmosphere making it difficult for all living things to survive. Causes are: 1. Dust from agriculture and construction industry 2. Household chemical cleaning materials 3. Burning non-renewable fossil fuels to produce electricity 4. Hi Sainath!
It??s been a while, I hope you are well.
I like how you summed up air pollution in a manner which is general yet relevant. Yes, the general alteration air will give problems not just to humans, but to that of fauna and flora as well and we cannot risk the health of Mother Earth anymore than we have now.

Thank you for your report and in fact air pollution is a big issue in majority of the countries which are facing with rapid urban development. As you have pointed out, transportation is a big contributor to the air pollution and I also think we have to introduce a more eco-friendly transportation to the city. Air pollution is definitely one of the most serious problems that our mother earth is facung. The causes of air pollutions are mostly from industries or trnaslortation. I really like how you connected air pollution with energy problem and dealt wih fossil fuel issue. Thank you for your time and efforts taken into this report! Keep up the good work!
