It was the winter of 2017 that I decided to enrol in a climate change course of two weeks by a renowned environmentalist Sir Aneel Salman. He taught us the basics like how is carbon measure, what causes pollution in the environment, what type of conference take place with regards to climate change and how our country Pakistan is getting affected with pollution of various sorts. Since he was a PhD in climate change, he created the interest of every student to solve climate change problems. In my case, I got interested in a level that I applied for Tunza eco generation ambassadorship.
To me attending his climate change course was altogether a great experience which I can never forget, he instilled in us the capability of skimming the research papers. Not just this but his whole style of teaching revolved around engaging the pupil of the class. At the end of the course, we were asked to give a presentation on different topics which further polished our interpersonal skills. All in all, I came to realize that climate change is the most important subject in the contemporary period and thus we must put every possible progressive effort to make sure that our environment remains greener and greener. |

Hi Hassan.
It has been quite a while since I saw your reports...and I am so glad to read one now. You are really fortunate to have had such a lecturer and learn the fundamentals of climate change.
And I do understand why you found so much interest in enrolling for the Tunza Ambassadorial Program!
Thank you for reporting!
