What can I do as an Ambassador ? ( For plastic Pollution ) |

I was using Facebook today and suddenly my eyes went in these pictures. Why are we destroying our earth like this ? Plastic pollution is in massive level, we have to stop it otherwise it will lead to havoc. Each day we use lots of plastic goods such as pens, plastic bag, plates, chocolate rappers and many more. Such thing are polluting land and water. What can we do ? A normal citizen ? We can promise ourselves to never throw waste in public. We can reuse every plastic materials as possible. We can create awareness campaigns to teach local people and students to stop throwing waste in water source and forest. We can stop industry and other companies to stop throwing their waste material in water sources. We can conduct mass awareness and rally to aware people about harzardous effects of plastic pollution. We can show such pictures to make them feel aware. We can convey government and policy makers to make strict rules to stope pollution. What we can do ? An Tunz Eco Generation ambassador's ? School awareness in school Mass rallies Awareness in local people Cleanliness program in locality Working together with other organizations Awareness among small students who are future Recycling campaign Recycling competition I as am Ambassador I want to give my best to stop plastic pollution in my locality and community. Very drastic and shocking pictures to see, and many regional ambassadors did make their feedbacks on your report as they thought this issue as 'more than tough problem' to go.
If you do have a time, take a look at Boyan Slat's Ocean Cleanup project!
His project aims to get rid of a huge rubbish island in the middle of Pacific Ocean.
That would help how you can participate in such activity :)

Plastic waste is a serious issue that needs immediate mending.
The pictures really show how severe the problem is and makes us think once more about plastic usage.

those pictures are really disturbing, I love animals so I find this extremely sad. This madness has to be stopped. People should be more aware of their actions and it is our job to make them realize how those poor animals suffer from our own irresponsibility. thank you for this report, your words are very inspiring!

Good day Deepak! I was very touched by your report. Pictures of our poor little brothers just make your heart ache. You're right, our mission is to stop this madness. And I am sure that each of us can make a contribution to the salvation of the world from plastic pollution.

Hi Deepak!
I trust you are well! Those picture are indeed disturbing, but a sad and sad true reality. Plastic polluting is killing us and our creatures. I believe that we are doing our best as actively conscious Eco-generation members, but we are only but a few of the many who fight for the system to change. We need to touch base with a larger audience. Change takes time, I hope we won't be late by then.
