The Policy I want to make : Related to Environment Nepal is a developing country and here main problem is food, shelter and medicine. No one cares about environments pollution except few organizations and people. Pollution is really a big challenge and is havoc. Plastic pollution and its consequences is not subject of interest in my country. People randomly pollute cities, village and jungle. Sewerage is also a big problem. There is no any policy against pollution in my country. People randomly throw garbage here and there without caring anything. This is main problem of environment in my country. Regarding policy, it must be strict so that everyone must obey that. Policies 1. No can throw any garbage in any public area, jungle or in water, if somebody do so he/she will be fined with Rs10,000 2. Wastage must be differentiated into decomposable and no decomposable and they must be collected by certain authorities 3. There must be dustbins everywhere in the city and every citizen must throw garbage there 4. People working for betterment of environment will be awarded |

Hello Deepak
Wate management is an important sector in the environment and it is true that we do lack good policies to monitor and regulate improper dumping away of wastes.
It would be nice if the government could compose a better infra regarding daily trashing so that these could be reused and recycled with less expense.
Thanks for the report!

Hey Deepak,
Most of the developing countries faces similar problems. Throwing garbage on roads carelessly is common. Truely agree with you. Policies like these can make the situation the other way round. Employing people by the government as proper garbage dumping instructor who supervises people at every short distance can help to a great extent.
Nice report! :D

If such policies are implemented really in Nepal then we will be too far from these devastating problems.

Hi Deepak!
The issue of sewage is a big issue because it constitutes to the health of citizens too. Government should put an effort to legalise fines for those who pollute. implemention of more bins in towns, cities and rural areas will greatly decrease the pollution status that faces Nepal.
I concur with your statement
Lovely report!

Hi Deepak,
Such policies of yours are very necessary especially for developing countries. Proper waste disposal ranks high in any environmental protection planning. Rewarding people improving the environment is a good policy.
