my opinion on how unemployment can be Reduced or Brought to an end |

Good Afternoon Fellow Members and Ambassadors,
To Start With People Have Been Asking Questions On How The Unemployment Can Be Brought Down Or Reduced. My Opinion Is That There Are Many Things That Can Be Done, First Of The The Opening Or Establishing Of More State Owned Companies That Will See A Number Of Youths Come On Board, For Example We Have A Number Of Youths Destroying There Lives With Alcohol And Yet They Have Diplomas Name It,We Also Have Youths Who Haven't Been Through Education But They Can Do One Or Two Things Like Bricklaying,These People Can Be Put In Groups Those Who Know Bricklaying Can Be Helped By The Government Establishing A Bricklaying Company Which Should Have Branches In Every Province, Those Who Know Or Have Experience In Construction Can Also Be Helped By The Government Establishing A State Owned Construction Company Which Will See A Number Of Youths Who Are Into Construction Employed. I Think By So Doing A Number Of Youths Will Be Employed And The Poverty Rate Will Decrease, Because Alot Of People Are Suffering. Thank You All For Reading,I Hope This Idea Can Make A Difference. |

Good afternoon to you too Chabala!
Your ideas/solutions to the current problems are relevant. This may be a feasible route in reducing youth unemployment.
One other venture you can look at is, government enforcing the youth (preferably grade 11 and grade 12 learners) with a future to study further at an institution in a desired field which they studied for in high school. After completion of the course, will be absored in the government department to apply what they have studied. Not only with the student be taken out of the unemployment demographic, but he/sh will be earning a decent salary, gain experience and become a role model to those who also want to aspire to become someone in live.
Developing a study-goal-drive in a person's mind should be done at a young age.
