An endangered animal is one at risk of becoming extinct or risk of no longer being in existence.
Endangerment of animals is occurring at alarming rate due to environmental changes ( the destruction of habitat, shortage of food supply and being hunted). Many of the cause are preventable if more people were educated about the damages caused by their habits. Other animals hunted for money, where they live is being used by humans for malls and where they spend time. Fortunately many laws are being enforced to help prevent complete extinction. Animals that are endangered Tigers- There are nine types of different tigers, 3 of these are extinct. The Siberian Tiger, scientists say that they are few remaining, South China tiger, Bengal tiger. Elephant- There are two types of elephant: African elephant and Asian elephant both are endangered. The leather back sea turtle- Humans have taken their eggs as keepsakes. They are dying because they mistake plastic items as food that is why we should not litter plastic items as food. Snow leopard- There are nine species of leopards. The Amur leopards are the most endangered. Humans used to hunt them because they are beautiful. There are about 5000 left on earth. |

Hello Alesandra, it seems like a couple of ambassadors are paying attention to inter-generation education in means of sustainable life and anti-climate change. Elephants and tigers have been renowned for poaching and annual statistical points tell us that they are getting hunted way too many.
Thanks for your report and participation in future campaign of education for others as well!

Hello Alesandra!
You've made a good point about education. Education is the root key for solving environmental issues! And it is quite a shock to me to learn that even animals that were so familiar to us are going extinct. Thanks for letting us think once more about this problem.
Thanks for the report!
