Plantation with kids

by | 09-08-2016 18:34 recommendations 0

On a recent visit to my village in India,I got an opportunity to witness the beauty of nature and of course, the monsoons. It rarely rains in the UAE,so my excitement knew no boundaries.

Since it is the rainy season,I thought of planting saplings at a pre-school in my village and at the same time spend some time with the little ones to inculcate a caring attitude towards nature and the importance of trees.

It was a day well spent with the kids by indulging them in fun activities and finally planting saplings in the courtyard. The children showed a lot of interest, which is commendable.

I believe that stronger the foundation, stronger is the building. Therefore,if from today onwards,we indulge future generation in activities like this, surely it will lay the foundation of a greener and a brighter Earth!

Well, this visit was wonderful wherein I got a chance to explore nature and its wonders.I realized nature has a lot in store for us,all we need is a keen eye!

Harmanjot, 'stronger the foundation, stronger the building' this touches my mind. If we strengthen our foundation by educating the youngs, they will surely be able to build buildings that can make our Earth greener. Thanks for sharing!

I really love the way you fulfilled your eco-responsibility during your vacation in India. Trees are the liflelines and lungs of Earth and we must plant as many trees as possible and promote this among masses. Thanks for sharing.
