EFLGP ends with KUA: Knowledge, We gave Understanding, Students Perceive and Action Plan, Students prepared

Environment Friendly Local Governance Program (EFLGP) organized by Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City under Government of Nepal (GoN) for Year 2016/2017 wrapped up today with an action plan and miscellaneous program. This year altogether program were conducted in 9 schools, which include around 30 programs that are efficient and effective among students.

It was great to meet with eco-warriors again we have carved with EFLGP. Taking them to the understanding level and equipping them to take further action and also summarize all happenings during 2 months was main objective of the wrap-up program. Indeed it was great moment to help these young change makers with the specific plan they will take in their schools.

From among the present students, 3 group were formed so, as to prepare the action plan and check its feasibility and further act into plan. Groups were prepared based on their location so as to make them easier. Each group consists of 12 students from 3 schools. Three groups formed prepared their action plan based on the table below.

Students promised to effectively work under the action plan they prepared. Also, Observation, guidance from our side will continue on to take the action plan to ground.

Besides this, I presented overall activities of the project during 2 month as a project Manager. And I am glad to see the performance, perception, knowledge, understanding and action plan they prepared. Yeah, our program imparted environmental knowledge to hundreds of people directly or indirectly and I had already felt change in people?s life regarding their natural environment.
