Pollution in our drinks
How much purity is our drinks? Every person drinks water from about 2L to 5 L in average. What do we drink most?
We mostly drink water, as fast food tradition comes we drink soft drinks, carbonated drinks, juices and many other alternative preserved drinks.
We also drink that are not with preservation like milk, fresh fruit juices.
Some people drink through the meals, like eating watery fruits and vegetables.
However, among many of drinks, some drinks doesn't make of correct ingredients that are healthy for us.
Most of them contains toxic products such as dyes, flavoring which can slowly cause our liver tired of detoxification and can lead to liver damage in long run.
So before we drink something, i suggest to think of the ingredients first.

It is a must, checking ingredients, expiry dates etc. before consuming. It is for our benefit & safety only.

Yes you are right but many drinks I have found is that they hide their real ingredients. That is sadder.
