I live in Laguna, Philippines. In one of the communities they started a project introduced by Mr. Illiac Diaz. It is called SOLAR BOTTLE BULB. They use a one liter size plastic bottle with water and bleach and stick it in a hole in their roof. It is automatic light for them. The technology was invented in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It is a great way of recycling those plastic bottles and cuts down on the use of electricity.
