There is always a fine line between food and the environment. This is because the subject of food cannot be handled isolated from the environment, since the food itself, is a product of the environment. Therefore, it is important to establish the link between these two factors. It will be therefore be right to say that the supply or continuous availability of food is greatly dependent on the healthiness of the environment. This has clearly been proven in history, where areas plagued by massive environmental disasters, suffered huge food shortages. Therefore, to ensure food security, the environment has to be greatly cared for. |

It is indeed true that only the sound and healthy environment can guarantee us the stable and healthy food resources. Protecting the environment is not our choice but rather it's something that we have to do for our future, for ourselves. This is why we shouldn't risk our tomorrows while we exploit the nature satisfying our greed gastronomies, over consumption of the meat and so on.

Certainly food has close relationship with the environment. Since destroyed environment can certainly cause food shortage in human society, this can be another reason why people should put their efforts to save the environment!
