february is month of cancer prevention

#Adopting lhealthy lifestyles that eliminate lor reduce the risk of recognized causes of cancer could reduce the number of people diagnosed with many forms of the disease.

In addition, approaches to healthy living can reduce the risk of cancer recurrence and improve outcomes during treatment.

Smoking, including smoking, has been shown to increase the risk of 17 types of cancer in addition to lung cancer. Eliminating smoking is the most important step we can take to reduce the burden of cancer.

A poor diet, lack of physical activity, and obesity / overweight are known risk factors for many chronic diseases and conditions,
The relationship between diet and cancer is complex. Since people consume a variety of foods that change every day, the contribution of a specific type of food or food components to the Prevention of one type of cancer is difficult to determine.

Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun or tanning inside is the predominant cause of the three main types of skin cancer - basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. Adopting sun protection habits and avoiding the use of indoor tanning equipment can reduce the incidence of skin cancer.

Infections with cancer-related pathogens account for about one in five diagnoses of cancer worldwide, and taking steps to prevent and treat these infections can help prevent certain cancers.

    Hey Bal!
    It's Lisa.

Cancer is still one of those most deathly diseases that put many people to their end. There is no clear curing of the illness and all we can do is to check regularly to make sure we discover in the earliest manner if we have one and when we do have one, fight it. It's really hard to guarantee anything with the cancer but we will have to keep our research so that no more people are sentenced to death due to this horrible nightmare.

    Thank you for the report!
